Article 1: Promotion: ISOSTAR Limited Strava pack for free, worth of €100

1.1 Participation

1. Participation in the challenge is free of charge.
2. 100 persons will receive a discount code with which they can order the Limited Strava pack worth of €100 for free at the webshop.
3. You automatically have a chance to be 1 of the 100 winners by following the steps below:
   1. Achieve the challenge via Strava within the given period (05/07/2022 to 05/20/2022).
   2. Leave your email address via the url link you will receive by email from Strava after you achieve the challenge within the given period.
      100. All email addresses collected in the period 05/07/2022 to 05/31/2022 will have a chance to win one of the 100 Limited Strava packs worth of €100. Email addresses submitted outside this period will be excluded from the win.
   3. One-time participation per person.
   4. Participation in this contest is only possible for persons 18 years of age or older.
   5. Participation in this contest is excluded for persons not residing in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and France.
   6. Isostar is authorized at all times to change the terms and conditions of the promotion or to stop the promotion without giving reasons.

 1.2 Winners

1. The 100 winners of the contest will be chosen by a draw in an impartial manner no later than 14 days after the contest.\
2. The 100 winners of the contest will be notified personally via the email address provided in step 3b under Article 1.1.
3. If incomplete and/or incorrect (personal) data are entered when participating, Isostar has the right to exclude the participation from further competition and the decision can be made to forfeit the right to the prize to be won.
4. Isostar is entitled to exclude persons from participation in case of suspicion of illegal participation or fraud.
5. The prize is personal and is registered in the name of the winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or for other products or services. In the event of refusal or non-acceptance of the prize or the conditions associated with the promotion, the prize will not be awarded. In that case Isostar is entitled to choose another winner.
6. Participants who have not won a prize will not be notified.

Article 2: Promotion: ‘30% discount on ISOSTAR assortment at webshop’

2.1 Participation

1. Participation is free of charge.
2. Everyone wins 30% discount on Isostar products
   1. The discount is provided by means of a unique discount code which can only be used at the Isostar webshops: isostar.nl, www.isostar.be, www.isostar.es & www.isostar.fr.
   2. The discount code is valid until 06/30/2022 on the entire online assortment of Isostar products (sport packs excluded).
   3. The discount code is not valid in combination with other promotions.
   4. The discount code is provided by leaving your email address through the link you receive by email from Strava after you have achieved the Strava challenge within the given period.
      1. All email addresses collected in the period 05/07/2022 to 05/31/2022 will receive the unique discount code for 30% discount. Email addresses submitted outside this period are excluded.
   5. One-time participation per person.
   6. Participation in this contest is only possible for persons 18 years of age or older.
   7. Participation in this contest is excluded for persons not residing in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and France.
   8. Isostar is authorized at all times to change the terms and conditions of the promotion or to stop the promotion without giving reasons.

2.2 Winners

1. Once the email address is left behind via the link in the email from Strava, you will immediately receive your unique discount code. This discount code can be used immediately at the indicated webshops.
2. If incomplete and/or incorrect (personal) data is provided during participation, Isostar has the right to exclude the participation from further competition and may decide that the right to the prize to be won expires.
3. Isostar is entitled to exclude persons from participation in case of suspicion of illegal participation or fraud.
4. The prize is personal and is registered in the name of the winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or for other products or services. In the event of refusal or non-acceptance of the prize or the conditions associated with the promotion, the prize will not be awarded. In that event, Isostar is entitled to choose an alternative winner.

Article 3: Personal data

1. Personal data of participants will not be released and provided to external parties without consultation, unless permission is given to receive a newsletter from an external party.
